Vydia is a digital distributor, and a YouTube Content ID and publishing administration service for musicians and record labels. The company was acquired by Gamma in 2023. Here's how to download your earnings files so that they can be uploaded to Mogul.

Step 1: Log in to your account at http://www.vydia.com

Step 2: In the top navigation bar, select the "Royalties" dropdown and then select "Statements"

Step 3: Here you will see a list of your earnings broken out by month — in the table below your current balance select "Send Report"

Step 4: Select the date range in which you’d like to receive reporting for. Note that your master file will be an excel file and your individual monthly files will be CSV files. Once submitted it will be emailed to the email address you have provided to Vydia, usually within a few minutes.

We suggest selecting a lifetime date range so that it is easier to upload all months to your Mogul dashboard.
