Mogul

Mogul's dashboard lets you export your earnings and catalog data directly. Look for the Export or Download button on the Revenue or Catalog pages to download your data as a CSV file.

Exporting earnings statements from individual sources

Some users need to export raw earnings files from their sources and upload them to Mogul manually. Here's how to do it for the most common platforms:

Log in to DistroKid and go to Bank (earnings section).

Select your date range and download as CSV.

3. Select your date range and download as CSV.

Log in to TuneCore and go to Sales Reports.

Select the reporting period and click Download.

1. Log in to TuneCore and go to Sales Reports.

Log in to CD Baby and go to Sales → Reports.

1. Log in to CD Baby and go to Sales → Reports.
2. Choose your format (CSV) and download.

Navigate to Earnings → Statements.

Select the statement period and download as CSV or Excel.

1. Log in to the Sony Music Artist Portal.
2. Navigate to Earnings → Statements.
3. Select the statement period and download as CSV or Excel.

In your Mogul account, go to Sources.

Find the relevant source and look for an Upload Statement or Import File option.

Upload the CSV or Excel file you downloaded.

Mogul will process the file and update your Revenue dashboard accordingly.
