Step 1: Log into the Sony Music Portal here.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Statement Details'

Step 3: Select the Account and Period you'd like to download the reports for via the left hand navigation

Step 4: Select 'Export' from the upper right corner to kick off the download process.

Step 5: from the modal select 'Text (CSV)' from the dropdown and select Export. This will trigger the download manager.

Step 6: Once the file is ready for download click on it, and it should trigger a browser download.
