Claiming your Audiomack artist profile is crucial for unlocking all of Audiomack’s tools and features. Once your profile is claimed, you can update your artist photo, link your social media accounts, upload music directly to your profile, receive notifications when your music is playlisted, and access both your Creator Dashboard and Audiomack’s Creator App. Additionally, claiming your profile is the first step toward monetizing your music through Audiomack’s Monetization Program, which allows you to collect royalties generated by your music on Audiomack.
Profile claiming is intended to assist artists whose music has been submitted to Audiomack through a record label or distribution partner. In these cases, an artist profile is created on behalf of the artist if no profile already existed. If you personally created your Audiomack profile and have your login credentials, you do not need to submit a profile claim.
How to Claim Your Profile:
To begin the claiming process, send a DM to @audiomackartist on Instagram from your official artist social media account, ensuring it matches the name of your Audiomack profile. Your social media account doesn’t need to be verified, but you must include the following information in your DM:
The link (URL) to your unclaimed Audiomack profile
The name of the record label or distributor that delivered your latest release
The email address you'd like to register for the account
Any additional information, such as websites displaying your social media accounts, can expedite your request
Once your Audiomack artist profile claim is accepted, you’ll receive a custom claim code and further instructions to complete the process, sent to the email you provided in your DM.
Only artists can claim their Audiomack artist profile. Labels, managers, or representatives should direct their artist to follow the above instructions.
