What is bulk registration?
Bulk registration lets you submit multiple song registrations at once instead of one by one. This is especially useful if you have a large catalog with many outstanding issues to fix.
How to submit registrations in bulk
Go to Registrations → Fix Issues.
Select multiple songs using the checkboxes on the left side of each row.
Click Bulk Register (or the bulk action button at the top of the list).
Review the selected songs and confirm the submission.
What does "Pending" mean?
"Pending" means your registration has been submitted to Mogul and is in queue to be sent to the relevant organization (the MLC, SoundExchange, your PRO). Pending submissions are typically processed within a few business days.
What does "In Progress" mean?
"In Progress" means the registration has been submitted to the organization and is being reviewed. This stage can take 4–12 weeks depending on the organization. This is outside Mogul's control, as it is the organization's processing time.
My items have been "Pending" for more than a week
If items are stuck in Pending for more than 5–7 business days, contact support via the chat bubble or [email protected]. Let us know the song titles, and we'll check on the submission status.
I'm getting a 404 error on a Fix page
If you click on a specific issue and get a 404 or blank page, contact support with the song title. This can occur when a registration issue is in a transitional state. Our team can resolve it directly.
Tips for large catalogs (200+ songs)
Submit in batches of 50–100 songs at a time to keep your queue manageable.
Prioritize songs that have been generating streams for the longest time. Those are the ones at risk of losing royalties to the 3-year redistribution deadline.
On Mogul Register and Concierge plans, our team monitors bulk submission status and follows up on any rejections automatically.
